I needed to replace a module that had gone bad and decided to upgrade as well during the repair. The computer is running much faster now and the item arrived quickly. Corsair makes good memory modules and I have yet to have one purchased from this manufacturer fail, and for the price...Can't beat it.
I highly recommend this for upgrading a laptop, the process is simple and done in less than five minutes.

It is hard to find memory for you Dell laptop even for your Dell Desktop. Dell use some special chipset on the memory module. Luckily, this Memory module is comparable with Dell laptop and work wells with it too. After replacing the broken memory module from my laptop. I feel much faster in starting and even running most of my program. For sure the performance on the Memory Module is excellent.
