    I used this in a laptop from a manufacturer that I usually have trouble installing ram in (compatibility issues). I had no problems with this ram. It is working fine.

    Wanted to boost the performance of my IBM Thinkpad T20. Although it seemed to meet the specification it was not accepted by the computer. Gave the item to a friend who might needed it.

    This is 64Mx32 high density memory. (That is, 32 banks of 64 megabits = 256 megabytes.) Most older Dell/HP/IBM notebooks using PC100 memory will only support 32 megabits per bank. When shopping for memory, be sure to look up the bank configuration. Be careful of sites and manufacturers who don't provide this info.

    The product arrived in new condition, unopened and as described. It didn't work in my laptop and I had to return it, which took some time to get my money back. But I did and I would buy from this seller again.
