| The ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and installation was a snap, but the cross reference material listed the wrong memory upgrade module speed for my laptop, so the memory modules did not work. I was pleasantly surprised how easy Amazon has made the return process. |

Wrong speed for my HP Pavilion XF125

| I plugged this memory into my HP laptop and the computer complained that it does not support PC100 SDRAM. Trouble is, I had ordered PC133, not PC100. The part says PC133, Amazon advertised it as PC133, but the computer thinks that is the wrong designation. I can tell the SODIMM has three layers of stickers on the front of it. It says the warranty is void if the sticker is removed, so my curiosity as to what those lower stickers say (maybe PC100?) cannot be satisfied. |
